Sports and then yoga have always been an integral part of my life; I was a duelist for 12 years, and then, in addition to gym training and functional training, I started trying different types of yoga, first abroad in addition to my studies, then at home as well. Yoga has become an essential tool for maintaining my physical and mental balance, and now I can't imagine a week without at least one yoga class!
I currently work in the fashion industry, which often means fast-paced and stressful everyday life. That is why I felt it was important to find a balance between work and rest. Yoga is the perfect opportunity for this and I want to share this relaxation with others.
I welcome everyone who walks in similar shoes as me to my classes, but of course also those who are looking for the beneficial effects of yoga for other reasons. Whether it's stress relief, physical strengthening or simply a little me time.
Sports and yoga are also great ways to connect with new people, which has always been very important to me. That's why I completed the yoga instructor training, so that we can connect through yoga and have fun together through yoga.
In addition to physical poses, the classes focus on conscious breathing, creating balance and harmony and, of course, relaxation.
I look forward to seeing you at my classes, which start on Thursdays at 19:45 in the beautiful Sanara studio. I came up with this later hour so that those who work in trade or simply spend long working days have the opportunity to recharge physically and mentally after a long day!
