My name is Klaudia Dénes 

Integral consultant candidate, yoga instructor.


Majoring in family and child protection I'm done with itEötvös Loránd University in 2017, which started me on my journey of self-discovery. I continued to study and educate myself because I wanted to grow and understand my own life, my own patterns of functioning, and to heal from my traumas. During my studies in integral psychology, I realized how important self-awareness is, how our unconscious patterns and early childhood traumas determine our daily functioning.


in 2019 Six, Flow, in 2022 Women's and Trauma-Aware yoga instructor, in 2023 Movement-developing baby yoga and Maternity yoga instructor I became During my classes and my own practice, I discovered the connection between yoga, the traumas stored in the body and the psychology I studied at university. I discovered how the tensions in the body affect the soul, and how deeply the body stores the pains of the soul in the tissues.


My vocation is to accompany you as a helpful mentor on your path to fulfillment, to be accepting and loving towards yourself, to be grateful for your inner patterns, your unconscious content, and to understand your daily functioning on a physical and spiritual level.


Trauma processing is an important topic of mine. I am currently working on my own method, which combines the integral consultant hypno NLP method with body-focused, yoga-based movement, which I call integral yoga therapy. With the help of the method, we raise the unconscious processes and programs to a conscious level, and with the movement, we dissolve the repressed emotions and traumas stored in the body, thus you become able to process them and integrate them into your personality. With the method of integral yoga therapy, you rewrite the family and transgenerational female patterns from early childhood in order to live a happy, fulfilled and self-identified life.



Integral Yoga Therapy: The method I developed is a process based on the system of integral psychology and yoga, where the focus is on female trauma processing and self-knowledge. During the first 30-45 minutes of the 90-minute session, during the helpful conversation, we reveal the current spiritual processes at the level of words, and after a guided meditation, we dissolve the repressed emotional imprints and traumatic experiences stuck in the body with a yoga practice focused on the revealed process.
