I'm Katalin Kovách,

I completed my studies in Bali and am dedicated to providing my students with experiences that nourish both body and soul. I practice and teach several aspects of yoga, including hatha, vinyasa and astanga yoga, as well as yoga nidra classes and women's circles. I flexibly take private and group lessons. During my completed trainings, I gained a deeper understanding of the philosophy and practice of yoga, which I would like to share with my students. We usually laugh a lot in class, so you can expect a direct atmosphere. I help those who have been doing yoga for a while to deepen their practice. And for those who are meeting yoga for the first time, step by step I help them learn techniques that are also useful in everyday life.
