Tamás Dócs - 500 E-RYT
Lead Instructor

The path of yoga: continuous development. Everyone starts from a different place and moves at a different pace, but those who have stepped on it once will know that they are on the right path.

Introducing the leader of our training course Tamás Dócs, who has a decade-long experience as a yoga teacher and has more than 5,000 group lessons behind him, now also has 7 years of experience in instructor training

"I attended my first yoga class in 2010, and very quickly I realized that it could not only be a great form of exercise for me, but also serves fulfillment and creates inner harmony. It strengthened my long-held ideas about the nature of the world and the human being and helped me to see differently and more clearly everything. The path of yoga: continuous development. Everyone starts from a different place and moves at a different pace, but once you have stepped on it, you will know that you are on the right path.

From 2011, I continuously trained myself with Nitai Zoltán Kiss, and finally completed the Hatha yoga instructor course with him.

About the Ashtanga Vinyasa System by Ricardo Martinez and

I also learned a lot from Bianca Oliveira.

Since 2016, I have also been involved in instructor training, more than 250 people have already graduated under my supervision, and this helped a lot

deepening my own knowledge as well. Since practice has brought positive changes throughout my life - and has continued to do so ever since -

I consider it important to pass this on to others, and their development, enthusiasm, and joy every day reinforces my commitment that it is worthwhile and useful to deal with this, to give and receive,

to develop also through education - because there is always room!"
