FROM FEBRUARY 25, 2024

What is the purpose of the training?

What does the training give the participants?

  • secure theoretical foundations and sufficient practical opportunities to create your own, individual lesson plan and tone

  • the teaching methodology is practice-oriented and the theoretical material is delivered in a comprehensible and transparent system

  • flexible schedule: the 12 personal training days are complemented by more than 16 hours of online video course material that can be reviewed at any time and the possibility of individual consultation

LEADING INSTRUCTOR OF THE TRAINING

Tamás Dócs, who has a decade-long experience as a yoga teacher and nearly 5,000 group lessons behind him, now also has 6 years of experience in instructor training and has already started more than 250 students on this path.

"In 2010, I took my first yoga class and very quickly realized that it could not only be a great form of exercise for me - by the way, I got rid of almost 20 extra kilos in two years - but also serves fulfillment and creates inner harmony. thoughts about the nature of the world and man and helps to see everything differently and more clearly. The path of yoga: continuous development. Everyone starts from a different place and moves at a different pace, but those who have stepped on it once will know that they are on the right path.

Since 2011, I have been continuously training with Zoltán Nitai Kiss, and finally I completed the Hatha yoga instructor course with him, and I also learned a lot about the Ashtanga Vinyasa system from Ricardo Martinez and Bianca Oliveira. Since 2016, I have also been involved in instructor training, more than 250 people have graduated under my supervision, and this has greatly helped me deepen my own knowledge. Since practice has brought positive changes throughout my life - and has been bringing it ever since - I consider it important to pass this on to others, and their development, enthusiasm and joy every day reinforces my commitment that it is worthwhile and useful to deal with this, to give and receive, also through education. to improve - because there is always room!"
